The official Proclamation of Presidency by UPLI Board of Directors to Dr. Dimitris P. Kraniotis as the President of the 22nd World Congress of Poets (Larissa, Greece 2011):

BE IT KNOWN TO THE CITIZENS OF THE WORLD:

The Board of Directors of United Poets Laureate International hereby resolves and proclaims that Dr. Dimitris P. Kraniotis is named official president of 22nd World Congress of Poets.

Hereby be it known to the nation and people of Greece that Dr. Dimitris P. Kraniotis has been honored with this distinguished title and position because of his acclaimed and renowned contributions to the glorious cause of poetry and because of the brilliant Greek cultural heritage through the ages.

Hereby resolved on 20 July, 2009, at Managua , Nicaragua , and attested to by the members of UPLI Board of Directors.
